Justin Winters, President of Pro-Tec Electric, brings more than 20 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, having overseen the successful installation of electrical systems for thousands of apartment homes, townhomes, and assisted living communities throughout Texas and New Mexico. In 2003, Justin founded Pro-Tec Electric, building on the extensive knowledge and expertise he gained as a project manager with one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area's leading electrical contractors.

Under Justin's leadership, Pro-Tec Electric has grown into a premier electrical and dry utility contractor specializing in multifamily and new construction projects. From site development and underground utilities to complete electrical installations, the company provides comprehensive solutions for every phase of construction.
